Floral Park Cemetery

I often walk in this cemetery. It has beautiful trees and shrubs but they are sadly neglected. They are never pruned or even the dead branches pickeded up which are laying everywhere.The ground hogs have taken over resulting in many tipped over head stones. It's just so sad to see someone's loved ones head stone laying in mud or water. I'm not sure if it's lack of staff, equipment or just they don't care.

Went there today 6/19/2020 and I was in total disgrace of how bad it looks there. No mowing my father and family headstones were covered with weeds and I was pulling them out with my hands. My daughters 3ft angel she placed was smashed. Whomever is in control of mai taines seriously needs to be replaced. Plus all the trees cut down and stumps everywhere just down right disguised with what I saw today.

Memorial Day 2019 — you should be ashamed of yourself whoever owns this run down cemetery. You couldn’t have staff to mow the lawn before a big holiday weekend?? The grass near my passed loved one was over 6 inches high. Some guys near me had to bring their own lawn mower and one guy had brought his own clippers. I drove past several other cemeteries and they were well prepared and had the grass cut. I’m disgusted.

Decent Cemetery with a lot of space and a good place for grieving your loved one. There isn't a lot of cemeteries in this area so there isn't a lot to choose from there's another one in Vestal that's pretty good but there isn't too many so this one is a decent one at a decent location it's in between Binghamton and Vestal in the town of Johnson City and is very close to the Vestal Parkway.

Went to plant flowers at my loved ones plot and coundnt even find the head stone... This being only 2 days after Memorial Day 2019.... Not acceptable. Whomever is in charge of caretaking the grounds needs to be replaced. Such a disgrace.
