I got a shake here and it was really thin and just kinda ok. It also seemed to take a while to make. It's pretty disappointing after having discovered how Graeter's from Kroger is just hands down amazing. I figured an actual Graeter's store would be fantastic, especially for a $5 shake (insert pulp fiction reference here).
Never fails to exceed expectations in all categories!!! Every experience is a great experience at this location! What always sticks out to me is at night coffee is never made but I really enjoy with my ice cream, I never get any attitude asking for a large coffee which means they have to brew a new pot just for that large coffee for me im sure. Always apologetic about my wait(never long) and rush to get it started. That wait is well worth that fresh cup of coffee to accompany my black raspberry chocolate scoop!! All those kids represent the Graeter's well. Ritz Carlton quality service everytime! ud83dudc4dud83dudc4d⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Best local icecream place no question about that. Huge chocolate chip chunks in all the ice creams with chocolate. All the staff is super friendly and the drive-thru moves quickly. The renovations came out really nice, the whole inside is way bigger with a lot more seating and an indoor playground.
Staff was all very pleasant!!! Interacted with my 7 year old and he loved every bit of it!!! Was VERY CLEAN and yummy of course
❤ufe0f❤ufe0f❤ufe0f this location!!! The service is always great here. Also, PLZ put in more drive-thru's around the city (I bet your sales would go thru the roof if you had them at all or at least most of the locations around town)!! :)
