Coffee is good but not enough staff, there is 1 counter person and she is supposed to help the people at the counter as well as the drive up window.
we forgot to order something for somebody in the car and the girl at the window was very accommodating when we paid she added to her order without a problem. And it was made properly and tasted excellent caramel coffees.
My experience with Dunkin has always been excellent...However...today my trip to the Dunkin by the Oakdale Mall was rather unexpectedly upsetting. We waited 5 minutes in line to order...there were 6 cars in front of us...after we ordered we waited another 7 minutes bwfore we got to the window...when the server took my rewards card she said it would be $13.47...our order was 3 Dunkin refreshers which were $2.97 each...this girl didn't even know what our order was...she was charging us for someone elses order. We waited another 5 minutes for our drinksnto be made. Today was triple points for Dunkin members!!! She gave me back my card and said don't worry about the drinks they were on her...I probably should not feel cheated after all the drinks were free...but the points are important too...I spend $20 a week ...so the extra points are very nice...This store is notorious for being slow and mixing up orders...
So much better than Starbucks. I think so.
Clean and fresh donuts, rare for a Dunkin's... friendly staff.
