So it's a good thing that you have decent employees that work here or I wouldn't even bother coming here everyday..nAll your toasters, ovens, coffee machines are broken on a consistent basis..nYou can't expect your workers to do their job properly if they don't have working equipment. The place is falling down around them and obviously corporate doesn't care enough to step up when your employees need you the most..nGet it together Duncan or you won't have much of a place left or any customers..nYour employees deserve better than this!!

I'm so happy they were able to help me! For April Fool's Day, I wanted to bring my boyfriend, who works at Starbucks, a Dunkin' drink and I asked them to make it really gross. It was a wonderfully awful drink! He said it was really bad coffee juice. So happy for the help!

This morning the line was incredibly slow. Usually get right thru with no problems however. Today my English was burnt..like black. My coffe roll was also over cooked..crispy even. Not their best today...

Service is ok. Just don't go If you are in a rush. I was wrong its absolutely don't go here

The male working was extremely rude. I waited for 10 minutes in the drive through when I was the only car then he put 6 cream and 4 liquid sugar in my drink when I asked for the regular amount which is 3. He remade the drink then it was completely bitter because he didn’t put the extra caramel I always get in it. I have gotten the same drink for years, I know what it is suppose to taste like. I went back a second time and he said “what now” and I said it doesn’t taste like it should if he put the right amount in and he said “I put what it said on the fudging sticker in it” and giving me attitude. Will never come back to this location. I suggest they find a new employee because he obviously doesn’t know or want to make drinks correctly and has horrible customer service. I will be contacting management.
