Got the call before delivery with the requested amount of heads up. Driver was very helpful for the unloading process and verifying the shipping documentation. Large package was delivered with only superficial damage to some packing material. All items were delivered without damage. One of the best freight shipping experiences I've had. Highly recommended.

Update 2/3/2021:nI posted my review here last week and the company responded saying that I needed to fill out a particular form to have my problem addressed. I filled it out and by the end of the day a higher level executive called me and apologized about the situation. He had spent time trying to find a way to get my stove to me that day, but could not do so. He understood that scheduling it for the next Friday would work for me, and would that still work?nnI said yes, but only if I didn't get a storage fee. He said of course not, and the fact that the person rescheduling had stated that such was a requirement was unacceptable. The whole team was going to get retrained to make sure they were kept to higher customer service standards.nnOn the Friday in question I got a call when the driver was 30 minutes away, the stove arrived on time after that and without any other issues. I have updated my review to 4 stars. I shouldn't have to complain to get good service, but the response from the company was impressive. It seems to me that they're trying to improve, and I hope they continue to do so. I would consider using their services again.nnOriginal Post:nGot a phone call confirming that my delivery would be arriving Friday. I took the day off of work. At 10am on Friday I got a phone call saying that the stove wasn't at the location in time to load the truck so it will not be arriving today.nnI say that's fine, I'll be home over the weekend. They don't deliver on the weekend. Well I have off next Friday too. They'd have to charge storage fees. Well I'll be home all day today so just deliver it late. They can't do that. I can pick it up. If I had a vehicle that could hold a stove I would have picked it up from an appliance store directly instead of paying to get it shipped in the first place.nnWhile I understand that the stove arriving late is not their fault, I did not feel like they were willing to work with me to find a satisfactory answer. It was either they reschedule for Monday (and I take another day off of work) or I loss. I would never use them again.

Awful. They don’t know how to communicate with their customers and make false promises about pick up and delivery times. We have been waiting approximately two weeks for them to pick up a package and they still have not come even though they promise that they are coming every single day. The company has made zero effort towards this issue.

This is the worlds absolute worst shipping company. 1st day they sent a driver to my house to pick up crate and he couldn't because he still have deliveries to do and my crate prohibit him from completing those. He told me that he would be back by 5 that night I waited to 8 and he never came back. 2nd day I called them at 7 am and was told that they would be picking my crate up between 1-2. I waited to 330 and called them. They told me that they were not coming out that day and who ever told you that they were misinformed you. 3rd day I was told that the driver was coming and would be there by 3. I called at 3 and was told she is on her way to my house as we speak. And that she was in my town. Almost 3 hours later the driver showed up. I will never recommend this company to anyone ever.
