Outstanding service at troy metro mattress with Zach. Very impressed with his knowledge and attention to detail. My husband an I went in last night to look at some options. We had been to a couple places before and dealt with pushy salespeople so we were a little standoffish when greeted and expected the same. What a difference. We were greeted by Zach who could sense we were frustrated but took the time to listen and we never felt as if he was selling us. He was very kind and professional. We get our Mattress tomorrow and we are excited. Will definitely recommend.
