I have never had my carpets done before, me and my husband just purchased our first home and the previous owners didn’t have the carpets cleaned, there were dog stains, and many other things I was disgusted by. Mr Shawn came in about 10 am and left around 12 but he gave us an assessment, showed us some tips to take care of the carpets and so on! He was so amazing and professional the entire time!!!
