The most awesome place to shop for home furniture, I just moved into my new apartment and needed furniture so I called and it was the most awesome experience I've had purchasing furniture, I'm a life time customer now!ud83eudd70

During the pandemic Aarons was the only retailer that had the particular Washer Dryer set we were looking for. Kari and especially Mary-Ellen went above and beyond from their Covid Protocols to their amazing customer service. Highly reccomend this location and employees.

If I could give Aaron’s a ZERO star I would. This was my first time going to the Troy Aaron’s location and I wasn’t pleased. After speaking with the manger we purchased a king size bed and let’s just say the customer service was ok in the store. I could tell that the managers attention was else where, as she kept picking up the phone while helping us at the same time which came off as rude in my opinion. Once it came down to the delivery everything went downhill from there. The delivery staff that they sent were un professional. Due to the fact that my family and I have purchased a table set and a couch from Aarons in the past and had no problem with the delivery staff taking out our old furniture that was being replaced with the new furniture being purchased, this time the staff seemed unwilling to help us with this at all. We’ve never had a problem with Aaron’s Vermont location but, the Troy location I Do Not Recommend. On top of the bland customer service in the store and lack of professionalism from the delivery staff, This was a huge disappointment. Not only by their un willingness, but comments from one the delivery staff as well showed his character and at the end of day reflects on Aaron’s image and how they operate. I am a big believer in customer service and such a bad experience with the Troy location, I will never purchase from this store or any other Aaron’s again. On the contrary, If anyone is looking for a quick and fast purchase and doesn’t care too much about lack of customer service, then you might find this location to be right for you. Just judging from the customer service alone was a disappointment. I hope this review is helpful.
