Came in to get a replacement for a phone I broke and even though the store was closing in like 20 minutes Nikki was able to help me work through the process of activating a new phone and her customer service is phenomenal. Suggested different options... helped me work through the process and got everything restored to my new device. The world needs more people like this. Thank You Nikki. You Rock.
