Super attentive lately. Must be new management. Orders have been spot on and service has been fast and cheerful. Earned 5 star upgrade.
Snaking bacon was cold and breakfast sandwich cold despite waiting awhile for them.nDid not appreciate while waiting listening an employee using the word F@$# numerous times while talking to another employee. I do not care how this man talks in his private life but it has no place in a place of business.
I visited this location on February 3rd 2021. The female working the counter at 1:30pm very rude and nasty. I was totally appalled in her manner. I literally so mad that I made sure take time out of my day to post this review. I wish I had gotten her name. She should not being working with the public her nasty mouth conversating with other female working with her cursing and being very disrespectful. I did not purchase anything as I will go to another Dunkin location.
The service is excellent but the staff are all wearing masks wrong - either completely off of their mouth or hanging below their nose.
It's too bad more Dunkin' stores don't have the friendly staff that this one doesnBig CUDOS to Rich and Nicole .
