Comet Management

I am an owner NOT a Tenant in an association that Comet Management manages. I have always owned in communities because I like being part of an association. I can tell you that this is the ONLY Management company that I know that answers your call the same day. Even if they call you to say, “ I haven’t heard back from the contractor yet but I just wanted to call you back to keep you updated.” What I mean is they do not leave me guessing the status of a maintenance request. I am extremely pleased with their services and would recommend them. Thank you, Comet Management. You are the best.

Comet is definitely a great management company. We just had a massive 2 plus day storm and Craig Thompson and Kelly Peters were in the office. I was shocked when I call to hear a friendly voice to answer my questions. They knew what had been cleared and what was being done next. I was extremely impressed. Good job!!!
