The diet it’s like any diet, works if you put a real effort. They have a low calorie program. But they will try to get sales of their products one and be way or other. Today I was in their office buying coffe and I felt foolish, the lady on the front desk charged me regular price when they have a display that says “ but one and the second one is $5” . She justified that saying the promotion was ended in new year. It June now. I felt like was a desperate sale. Try weight watchers as well. You don’t have to take any kind of pill and you can lost weight eating about of everything.

I can't stress enough about how much this place has helped me physically and emotionally. I've struggled with my weight for my entire life. This place truly changed my life for the better. After 6 months I was able to lose 70lbs! It took a lot of hard work and dedication on my part but it was well worth it! If you're looking for a magic pill or even a magic wand, this place isn't for you. You really need to put your mind to it and dedicate yourself to a healthier lifestyle. This place is a true gem and I'm forever thankful for them helping me on this journey.
