Ray and his team were extremely helpful in determining the size of the storage unit I needed and flexible when we were moving out. The location is convenient and drop offs of personal items were always seamless. The facility is very safe, secure and clean. Highly recommend for short or long term!

Nice clean area. Carts are nicely placed; you don't need to scour the building to look for carts like other places. Rental went very smoothly. They provided clear instructions. Very happy with the storage unit.

So far, great! I only just rented three units two days ago, but everything has gone incredibly smoothly right from the start. Ray was very helpful in making sure I got all three units right next to each other. Very important to me because I'm transferring items from three units at two different facilities. And the two that are at one facility are nowhere near each other. Unlike the units I am moving out of, all are brand new, sparkling clean, and in excellent, smooth, mechanical operating condition. And there are plenty of dollies/carts at each of the building's entrances. Extra Space Storage units are competitively priced, and each unit received the first month free (that's huge when your renting multiple units).

I had a great experience. Ken - the assistant manager was so helpful. He was quick to answer my request, answered all my questions and even sent me a map to show me the quickest route to my storage unit! He was polite and courteous and made me feel that my stuff would be secure. The building was clean and directions were easy. They have a requirement to wear masks to protect others’ safety and everything was clearly labeled. Definitely highly recommend
