I'm a store manager and we use Pos Solutions for our registers and their customer service is absolutely wonderful. 6:30 in the morning on a Saturday I called for 2 registers that went out after a big storm. They helped me get them back up and running in time for business hours to start. The gentleman offered to come out to us on his day off. Wonderful service all around.

I'm a new customer so I haven't any experience with them but the worker Isabel was very nice, explained anything I asked, so I'm going with I glad I chose them to business with.

They are simply amazing! They not only converted my Tec system over to Samsung but they configured 27000 plu's. Their technicians worked tirelessly to make sure every aspect of my new registers system operated perfectly to suite my needs. I highly recommend Pos Solutions.
