My company had 2 storage units at this facility for over 5 years. Ed was awesome and made our experience very easy! He was always quick to help us and gave great recommendations on how we can save money and other services to help us move our things out. Ed and Preston are great! Pretty much storage units are storage units. Differences are in exceptional service. Ed and Preston are personable, thoughtful, empathetic and helpful. The site is always clean, inside and outside which is no easy task. Thanks for the great service! Recommend highly!

This place has a temperature controlled system so it keeps your stuff cold and less moldy in all season. They have elevators at this location and lots of tools for you haul your things. I just wish they had more specials to rent here.

Ed is extremely helpful and patient, and I'm very appreciative of his services. Ed has a great team with Preston and John, who also demonstrate awesome customer service skills. I always feel welcomed when I walk into the Whippany office.
