Attentive, hardworking, and knowledgeable! Andrew Z in designer appliances has been wonderful. He was very knowledgeable regarding the appliances and aimed to please. We had an issue with our delivery by a private shipping company. One appliance was never delivered. Andrew worked tirelessly to track down the item and we received it the following week.

I had the absolute best customer service experience I have had in a long time when I purchased a refrigerator from Mike. Mike got me exactly what I needed. In the future, I will check with Mike before I go anywhere else. Mike is a great guy and really cares about his customers. Mike even followed up to make sure delivery went smoothly!

I had my fridge free delivered today(2 days before the scheduled date). I highly recommend Mike. He is so professional, honest and knowledgeable. He welcomed me in the store with a big smile on his face and has been so patient with me and gave me so much time to take my decisions. This is the best branch I have ever visited.

He is honest, very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to get me the best price, he was able to match the price I saw online and gave me a very good deal. My wife and I purchased a refrigerator & dishwasher from Mel on 7/23/2020. We went to multiple stores first & nobody knew what they were doing. Mel was very knowledgeable & professional. he even worked to get us the appliances faster than anticipated.
