The Folk Project

This is an excellent place to hear live music in a acceptable manner without judgement. Whenever we go there the staff is open and honest in their quest to provide an positive place to go and hear exceptional music. I highly recommend going to this venue to hear acoustic music live in a small concert setting.

Friday Night Troubadour at Folk Project for $10 admission is a great deal. So many interesting performers have played there - usually someone very talented is on the schedule.

Been going for many years. Have heard a lot of great music there, found a lot of my favorite music and musicians.very comfortable and welcoming feel.

If you like Folk music, Americana, guitars, piano, humor, singer-songwriters, or many other akin types of music (blues, jazz, etc.), the Folk Project, now 43 years young, is a fantastic place to go. With concerts or open-mike ( second Fri. @$5) on over forty Fridays a year, normally at $10 plus tips, you never know what to expect, but it is usually phenomenal. Come give it a listen.
