T-Mobile

I went there for a sim swap for my Sprint devices. The store was well kept and the store personnel were friendly. It would have been a 5 star experience if I was told the insurance would have been removed from said devices.nnI had to talk to a Sprint rep and was told that when the swap was made, that's when the T-Mobile should have asked me did I still want to keep my insurance active.nnIts a small thing and I'm glad I caught it and was able to get the insurance reinstated before something happened to my phones but it's still an important detail. All in all my time in store was pleasant.nnThanks!

Shayla and Loki spent hours helping me transfer over from Verizon wireless. They are patient and friendly and finally got everything to work right. I would highly recommend this store,
