Quick checkout good price and nice staff

Poor customer service. Slow check out lines. The only reason I go is for some good sales. If not for that I would never go back.

I had never gone into a kohl's, until I had to do an Amazon return there, and well they got me. I've even got a Kohls credit card now! Pretty cute items for the whole family at reasonable prices. The 4 stars is because the lines tend to be a bit longer than I'd like to wait.

I was in Morris Plains and decided to stop to use their in store portal to order an item that the store does not carry and is only available to order on line or in their store portal. The lady in customer service was very helpful. While I was there I decided to purchase some clothes. When I got to check out there was one check out register open and a long line of people waiting. Some of the people waiting did not look happy. I placed all my items on the jewelry counter and left. I was not going to stand and wait on that line.

This store is a ROLE MODEL for the way in which it serves customers during this pandemic. The cashiers wipe the counter, credit card kiosk, etc. thoroughly between each customer. They are taking great care and caution. Plus they are super nice!
