Terrible front desk and terrible customer service!!! Every time I go there, they are rude and I have problems with front desk. If I want to use coupons (they gave me) every time different person gives me different rules of those coupon usage. ud83dude12nI scheduled my friend there and transferred my paid session for her session, I called and confirmed, I came and confirmed that before. when she came, they charged her!!!nThey told me, they can cancel her payment and process my session transfer to her, unfortunately they hang up on me. And when I called back 3 times, they didn’t pick up.nI was never aware they have a good manager there, so I don’t expect anyone care about their reputation.nGreat massage specialists though. ud83dudc4dud83cudffc

Donovan was fantastic. Best massage I've had, from start to finish. He made me feel comfortable and broke me down and gave me a great appointment/session. Would definitely go back to the short hills location just for him.

What's the point of having an online booking system if the spa does not sync with it? I booked a massage on the website and when I got there they said it never came through the system. And nobody was available to help me.nnCompete amateur operation you have.

I’ve been a Massage Envy goer for the past 7 years now, and I think I’ve found my favorite massage therapist. Carolina is amazing — I could not recommend her more highly. I just sent my fiancé here for a 90 min medium pressure massage. She was not satisfied to say the least. It was basically a rub down with lavender lotion not even the lavender essential oil I thought I asked for on the site . Not an actual massage. Highly upset I even spent $202.05 for that. Wanted my fiancé to enjoy it. But that wasn’t the case. Smh
