Had a lovely experience at this location. After not feeling helped at another location I came here. Saad and his staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. I was changing service providers and it was a timely experience as expected but being with the great staff made the time go by quickly, thank you again!!

I just have to say that this T-Mobile store is the best I have ever been to! I’m blown away! I had the pleasure of having the store manager, Saad assist my mom and I. My mom is 80 years old and we have been T-Mobile customers for a long time. When I went to the Short Hills Mall store it was packed, long time waiting, and rude customer service. My mom has an old flip phone that wasn’t working. They just told us to upgrade her and was pressuring us to upgrade with no other solution. Saad, in Short Hills at 688 Morris Turnpike location was amazing! I’m so happy we decided on this store. I was in a rush so I left my mom at the store and she told me she was astonished by his customer service. He was extremely patient, he sat and tried multiple troubleshooting methods on getting the phone to work. After figuring out the phone wouldn’t properly charge, he went over different phone options to get a new phone. We decided to go with another flip phone and still being patient and helpful helped her set her phone up completely. He set up her voicemail, etc. He even went to the extreme when not being able to transfer from her 15 year old phone, manually entering her 115 contacts! He even showed my mom how to text. I’m blown away! I couldn’t get her to text for years and an hour with Saad had her texting and even sending pics. This is absolutely amazing! T-Mobile, you are lucky to have Saad. He is absolutely amazing giving us a stellar customer service experience and I was so impressed I even offered him a job. Kudos to you T-Mobile. If you’re reading this review, this is the location to shop at 100%. There’s no long lines, friendly staff, nice store, fast, accurate, and knowledgeable service. You’re not just a sale to them, they make u feel like your apart of the T-Mobile family! Thank you again! I will be referring my friends and family to this location!
