Gabriella, the nice young woman waiting on me couldn’t have been nicer. She made a very long wait due to long hold on times to change my account, very pleasant. The shop had a very pleasant and professional staff. I would highly recommend T Mobile to all. Often these shops have staff who barely care whether the customer is happy or not. I felt very well taken care of. Thank you!!

Jamal was amazing! He was very patient with me and very helpful. He took the time to explain why there were certain charges and totally calmed me down and made my year. God bless him!!!

Great guys! They helped me to set up a new line so quickly. It is impossible you get the same services with other service providers in the area because I have visited all of them! I visited this store when it was a Sprint Store. They had nice pepole working here.

The team at T-Mobile at the Livingston Mall were great. They made the process of getting new contracts and phones seamless. :)
