Only give one star because I had to give something to post my review. They absolutely NEVER have anything besides cookies n cream. I ask for the surprise party ice cream and they said we don’t got that today and named off 3 ice creams flavors that I could order! They never ever have bananas for a banana split either!

The customer service was good in terms of the team members being nice. The ice cream was great as usual but I took a star because they left A LOT of room in the hand-packed quarts that I ordered.

My husband and I recently moved to Cincinnati and have loved Baskin Robbins ice cream in the past. We were out driving around and decided to try this place. It was awful. I asked for a banana split and was told they didn’t have bananas or regular chocolate ice cream. We made concessions because of COVID and chose something else. The ice cream had freezer burn and tasted so bad we threw it away. We were approached by two panhandlers in the parking lot in the 10 minutes we were there. If you want ice cream in Cincinnati, go to Graeter’s. Lesson learned.

Very bad customer service, i was there at Monday December 30 at 8 pm , the door signs is open I got inside I asked girl for ice cream she said we closed only drive through is open go there and I will take your orders, then I went over there and waiting for 10 minutes on windows she didn’t open and she didn’t take the order and I left and all people after me left. That’s horrible for business really.
