This office violated HIPAA and discussed my private health info out loud in the office with people waiting. Also they allow people to mass in the waiting area ignoring covid and are on a calling spree to urge people to come in to maximize income despite pandemic risk. Receptionists are useless and getting a refill is difficult. Event the pharmacy couldn’t reach them for days because they don’t check emails. The doctor is ok but the office is a very poorly organized and careless.

So this is the first time I have ever had to put a review up but I have to do it. This office does have some very nice doctors and staff but the small handful of people that work there are some off the most disrespectful, inconsiderate, snobby people I have ever met. The procedure they went about kicking me out the program was down right wrong. If that’s what they do to everyone else you shouldn’t be in this line of work. You have literally people's lives in your hands remember that!!

My goodness!!! I had to wait OVER an hour in the wait room to be seen. This office continuously over books patients. I only come here because Dr. Goldberg is a good doctor, but when I have to make an appointment here, I literally tell myself, ugh be prepared to wait an hour at least

Worst receptionists ever! Do not follow medical etiquette! Do not know insurance policy rules! While speaking to a client get aggravated and extremely unprofessional. Very disappointing! Receptionist should be much more polite, educated about the job, ethics and insurance policies.

Dr Goldberg is a wonderful doctor and he’s straight to the point, makes jokes, and is very honest. I absolutely love him! But the reason I give 3 stars is because the front office/receptionists are so incredibly rude! To get a hold of anyone I have to call a million times because they put you on hold and forget about you. I’ve also never witnessed people being so nasty to patients before. I was sitting in the front waiting room and a man was patiently waiting by the front window a little off to the side because he saw the receptionist was on the phone. He was not being bothersome at all. She looks up and responds with “can you go sit down can’t you see I’m on the phone” it was absolutely disgusting. With the right receptionists this place would be 5 star!
