T-Mobile

This review is for the T-Mobile store that is downstairs(space C110 next to AT&T). The other is upstairs in the food court. We had a great experience switching both providers and cell phones. We switched from AT&T and Androids to T-Mobile and I-phones. Ali, Hassan, Saba, and Quron make up an amazing team that guided us through our switch and made everything very easy to understand. They are extremely knowledgeable, gracious, and very patient. They are always accessible for any questions you may have. They set up plans that were right for us and also saved us a lot of money. I highly recommend T-mobile and the team at the downstairs store at Freehold raceway Mall.

I went to attempt to upgrade my phone and was told I’d have to pay off my phone now. As soon as I agreed to that the customer service guy was like oops there’s no promotions now and it was the day after Christmas. Asked if there was anything I could do and the answer was just no. Wasn’t interested at all in helping me purchase a new phone and didn’t try to work with me at all on anything. I left and went somewhere else

Went to the store on the bottom floor and came out of it with a new phone. and the mobile experts we worked with were extremely warm and accommodating to me and my family and our many #moods and questions. Super helpful

Great customer service. Professional and knowledgeable.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Spent 3 hrs on hold with customer service to be sent to the store as the only way to help me. Once getting to the store being told they cant help and I need to speak to customer service on the phone.
