It's a great store. I went to 3 other t-mobile and one was able to help me out. I went there and they was able to help right away with friendly attitudes. Highly recommend going to Saba he was very helpful and explained everything.

We came to the Freehold Mall T-Mobile just to ask a few questions. Of course, we ended up with two new phones! Ali was working with us! He was awesome. Took us awhile to switch all of our stuff. He was courteous, kind, receptive, checked on us, answered all of our questions thoroughly while waiting. It was a pleasure to have him help us! My next visit if I need anything will be to the Freehold Mall dealing with Ali!nThanks Ali... Happy Holidays!!!

Great place. Went to 4 different stores and no one was able to help, came all the way to the mall, 1st floor STORE HELP.. 2nd floor T-mobile didn’t help at all.. Ali was really polite and helpful.. I won’t go anywhere else from now on
