I might hate GameStop's business model but the store employee's are always top notch

Shipping was fast, however my xbox was packaged terribly. It was literally just thrown in a cardboard box with no foam or anything else to keep it safe. Whenever I opened the box the battery door to the controller wasn't in the box and the batteries were just floating around. The console has scratches on it, but its hard to tell if thats from the transit or because I bought a used one. Either way I feel that for the price I paid all parts should have been included. Shame on whoever packaged this. I'm only reviewing for this specific store because this is where my console shipped from. I will be contacting customer service asap to see what they can do for me.

Friendly service! But come on it's in a mall

Not bad but smaller gamestop and selection than the ones in Menlo and Woodbridge malls.
