Staples

Bizarre experience at Staples. I went to Staples in Freehold to meet my husband to buy a computer. I had ordered some posters earlier in the day that would be ready the next day. As I waited I LOOKED from a distance where they keep the posters just in case my posters were there. Kenny yelled at me several times to move back and don't touch anything. I was not even close enough to touch anything and I told him that I was waiting for my husband. So crazy, he has a bad temper. I heard he is their print supervisor. Hard to believe. I guess I am not buying my computer there.

No inventory.nnNeeded a Dymo 450 and 30526 labels, kind of standard stuff. Didn’t have either.nnNice customer reps.

Shout out to Freehold Staples and GM Jim!! So used to getting terrible customer service these days it’s so refreshing to get someone that appreciates your business and looks for a reason to say yes when so many just want to say no. Jim went outside usual store policy to help us. He didn’t even have to but went above and beyond! Gives me hope for a much improved year! THANK YOU JIM!!

Kenny at the printing section is the best! He is always super friendly and super helpful. So happy Kenny works here :)
