Stephanie will sit down with you and let you know what services you would need based on your goals and needs. I highly recommend The Middletown Wellness Center!

I went in to their Black Friday Sale last week. I was able to speak with Stephanie one-on-one and get a consultation on what services I would need to shape by body the way I want it. She sat down with me and explain what I should have done and why it should be done. I was able to try the Oxygen Bar, which was amazing, it cleared my head and that night I had a restless sleep (8 solid hours). I had my first cryo-slimming treatment last week and I am so thrilled with the results. I cannot wait to finish my treatments to see the final results. I am very impressed by Stephanie's knowledge and her compassion to listen to woes about my body. I am looking forward to Meditation and The Salt Room Therapy. If you ever thought about having plastic surgery to improve your body image, check this out first. No unnecessary surgery, no Anesthesia, just cool pressure which is very relaxing.

Stephenie and Carl are very kind and knowlegable. They are locals to port monmouth and have built this place (even the salt cave) by their own hands and are very friendly and made me feel right at home. When I had a lot of questions, they made me a cup of coffee and answered them all. So far I have experienced their bio mat made with amethyst, tourmaline and jade that sent pleasant electrical impulses through my spine creating some lasting calm and pain relief. I plan on going back for more treatments!
