I've tried multiple times trying to order 10 rainbow moonstones $.99 each & a 3 bundles of paleo santo sticks ,I leave a message for Dolores she never contacts me or my wife back.Especially, when she needs to find a price for these items altogether? Months, still no response from her.Quite disappointed I couldn't purchase what I knew my wife would have loved for her birthday in February that just passedn.No phone call, no email returns,Face Book Messenger now has a breach so she will only contact the store via cellphone only,Hopefully Dolores Rilho answers this soon.Namaste.

Love this store but wish they sold more meditation herbs & cleansing baskets with tons of paleo santo sticks in it.I would like to ask Dolores if she can kindly make me one?Left message, she never got back to me since yesterday.I need it before XmasnHopefully, she'll contact me soon.Need to make an appt for xmas herb cleansing basket please!ud83dude09

I loved this place. I originally didn’t want to go but my mother forced me to go with her, and we plan on going back again! It was such a great place, and the salt room really does wonders. We just called and made an appointment with no issues at all! Great customer service, great place, great people. Will definitely be going back

Highly recommend Salty Zen! Walked in tense and walked out so relaxed! The owner Dolores was wonderful and very patient in her explanation of everything! Her assistant, Nicole was wonderful and very helpful! Definitely going back!
