Bed Bath & Beyond

I have been loyal to this bed bath and beyond for many years and have even done my bridal registry here with no difficulties. Two years ago I bought everything for my home from here with coupons and they were all honored again with no difficulty. Yesterday and today were a different story indeed and I am not sure what happened to this location over the last couple of years which is very sad. Yesterday when I was checking out, a few instances occurred. One- I bought a ceramic bathroom set. She did not offer to wrap them in paper and I had to ask her to wrap them because I knew they would break. She sloppily threw 2 of the 3 ceramic items into some paper. Then I had my coupons which I never had a problem using before. This time she told me she could only use one. I said are you sure because I have always used all my coupons. After saying she couldn’t, she used them all and they all worked. Of course as soon as I got home, the ceramic toothbrush holder was already broken. Today I went to exchange it for a new one. The lady at the counter told me it was packaged correctly. Really lady? Then why did it break? She went on to say if I didn’t have the coupon I used yesterday she wouldn’t honor the discount. How would I have the coupon I used yesterday when they take the coupons from you once you use them? Then she said really loud “I can’t do this without your coupon!” and got really flustered over it. She went on to give me an attitude while constantly apologizing to the white lady next to me for barely waiting one minute when I already waited my turn in line. No apologies to me of course. Thankfully the manager got involved who told her to honor the coupon which took her one second to do and proceeded with the exchange. With so many online options and other stores with similar supplies, there is too much competition to lack in customer service in my opinion. Time to move on from this bed bath and give my business elsewhere!

I'm going to give it four stars because every time I have been in here this place is really clean so that would give it a four-star instead of a three,they basically have something of everything in here I've stopped in for pillows pillow cases coffee maker you can get chairs vacuums wet and dry floor cleaners and rugs and there are a lot of things here all different kinds of makeups and vitamins and oh my God you go on and on with bathroom stuff kitchen stuff if you looking for something half decent to decorate with you may find it here I like this place employees are nice there also, it's in the middle of a really big shopping area so if you can't find what you're looking for in this store it's sure to be right outside it somewhere but I'll be back here I like this place it's never overcrowded and always clean so that is a big plus

I kind of like this shop. You get household stuff and their 20% coupon is great. Order online and curbside pickup is smooth.

Assistance was at the front door when I entered so I was able to find what I needed quickly.. Long line but moved fast. Could not get on wifi to access coupon ud83dude44

I was in today, March 20,2021 at 3:30pm. I asked the cashier Kathy for extra bags and she refused. She said she can’t give me any extra. I explained that I just bought glass items and I needed extra. She then told me to bring them all back from my car. I told her I’m not going to carry everything back inside and that I don’t mind doing it myself, I just need extra bags. Kathy the cashier still refused. I left and asked to speak to the manager. I was on hold for 10 minutes and no one answered. I called back 3 more times and I was just on hold and no one answered. Horrible customer service from Kathy and management.
