Called up to see if they could help move an item in the house too heavy for the people living there to move. After giving me the minimum rate, which wasn’t a problem just not what I was willing to pay, the person on the phone laughed at me and said “when you want to move the house give me a call” and then hung up on me. I don’t know if I’ll ever need their service, but I’m definitely never giving them another call.

I had a great experience with College Grads Moving. I have moved many times in the past, every time I struggled to rent my own truck and load up my apartment. The men working were respectful to both me and my home, and efficient and finished the job in literally half the time it has taken me in the past.
