Extra Space Storage

This was our first storage space experience and it couldn't have been better. The facility, the unit and especially the on site customer service people were outstanding. The paperwork and terms were straight forward and easily understood by a lay person. Start to finish there were no hidden fees or surprises that you sometimes here about. The new pro rated departure is just another example of Extra Space Storage efforts to be fair to it's customers. Highly recommend!

I've been renting a unit for over a year now and just added another one to help us transition as we move. The customer service is exceptionally friendly and professional. The buildings are well kept, clean and safe. Carts are available in each building, and the units are easily accessible. Highly recommended!

So far I have had a wonderful experience with this facility. I rented a 5x5 unit online, and received a follow up call from Karen, shortly after. When I went to lock my unit the following day, Karen personally showed me how to use the keypad, took me to the unit, and helped me lock it up.nOverall it has been a great experience thus far with impeccable customer service! Will be referring others here for sure!

So sorry Y'all- my previous review about Extra Storage was meant for 1110 route 35 in Hazlet, N.J. I love the staff,especially Karen, who is the most friendly and helpful person I've ever met. The place is clean, the storage units are roomy, the staff is great. I've stored there for a long time, and I highly recommend it for yours storage needs. 2 thumbs up!!!!!!

I cannot thank Carol enough over at Hazlet, Extra Space Storage! She truly went above and beyond to assist me with my rental! From the initial conversation she showed empathy with my concerns and even reached out to management to address my issue. It is a breath of fresh air to have been able to work with someone who cares so much about their job with such excellent customer service and immediate response. Thank you so much, Carol!
