We met with Mark tonight. He explained everything in detail and made sure we wont be blind sided in the future about anything. He dedicated a lot of his time to us and made sure we were happy with where our unit was going to be. The property is VERY clean and well maintained. Definitely 5 stars in our eyes as we have been to other storage places and have not had the same great experience! We will continue to utilize their services when need be.

Mark, General Manager and John, Manager were seamless and easy to work with. Their breakdown of pricing was accurate and I had no surprises. I found the service to be affordable and accommodating. These guys truly enjoy their job because they love taking care of clientele. We’re going to be utilizing this storage for 3+ months and I have no worries that our items will be safe and secure. Access to the unit is easy and the hours of availability are perfect for anyone working a professional full time job with other commitments in the evening and weekend. Give this place a shot If that’s what you’re looking for.

I was greeted with great hospitality. There was no discretion or uncomfortable moments in the process. Everything was straight forward , down to business, in and out service but with finess. I felt like I had been doing business there for years to be honest. It was a pleasant business arrangement and I highly recommend you guys to anyone and I mean that. I needed a storage unit at a reasonable price and Compass looked promising. I had filled out a form on the site and when I went in today, Mark was able recap everything I needed without even reviewing my form. He was quick, efficient, and knowledgeable. He gave me advice on how to place things in storage and some tips and tricks. He didn’t have to do that, he could have just took my money and left me to my unit but he didn’t. He took the time to go over everything and anything extra that he thought may be helpful. This was my first time renting a storage unit and I was very pleased with my experience. Thank you Mark!
