Staff is super friendly and caring. They get the job done the right way. I've had AT&T and Verizon and the customer care here blows them away. Over the phone support I must say is immaculate. Tom does a great job with the staff and they seem to be quite happy. Great job folks

The salesperson christine and manager Tom, told me things that where not true, just to get me to switch. They are friendly, but they will give you a salad pitch. I was told to try the guy across the street, to get my phone fixed and he charges a lot, in order to trade in my phone.i was not impressed with there overall service.

The experience I had there was amazing. Both Kaitlyn and Thomas were polite and answered all my questions to help make my switch from Metro an ease and a right fit. I highly recommend this location .
