The employee are not knowledgeable in fixing problems. Not able to explain things properly. very frustrating going to this store.

Saif and Vikkie (manager) are the most helpful customer service representatives I've ever met!! I went in for a new phone, they helped me find the most beneficial way to go about it. I left and was unsatisfied with my new phone so I brought it back and got my old phone and left. Then I decided I wanted a different phone and they were SO kind and helpful and did not laugh at me even though it took three visits for me to find the phone that worked for me. All the reps at this store are very helpful. Best experience at a sprint store.

Sat there for over an hour waiting. Did not get acknowledged by either employee. People kept walking in and there was not enough help to handle the handful of customers on a rainy Thursday. Drove to another location for better service. Wont come back here.

Taylor and Joe were of the absolute best customer service experiences I’ve ever had in my lifetime. I was there for quite a bit updating to a new phone and I literally felt like I was hanging out with friends. Conversation felt so natural; they were so friendly and helpful with the questions that I had. Overall, I am a huge fan of Sprint as well, although Verizon has the best service, when it comes to best “bang for your buck” Sprint is lightyears ahead of everybody else. You are getting more than you pay for with these very affordable rates.

Out of all the Sprint stores I've been to in Monmouth county, this is the best. Great selection of products, clean store and no aggressive hard sell. We dealt with Robert N. Who was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and went out of his way to give the best deal.
