We had a new home constructed and they came in and installed a control 4 system that works perfect for my family of 5. So easy my 6 year old can operate every function. They even took the time to install the parental controls on the TVs in the kids rooms. Beyond impressed with the service I received.

5 year experience with iTec. Initial sale and installation of home theater/projector set up was reasonable. Overall work was good but a surge protector was missed and the projector got fried a few years later. Service after the sale has not matched the initial quality seen at the installation process. Most recently had a service call that they handled with a no- show and no call. So its time to move on and looking back I wish I had thought more about the support involved with this project and not just the installation.
