Steve the manager is a nice guy always been honest with me ! But other people their are rude won't help me with my problem and are more interested in selling me a new fone !

The hardworking dedicated store manager Stephen S. did a phenomenal job for me. I came into the store because my phone was deactivated the day after I switched to Sprint and already paid and everything. They were confused and found out their was a staff error done when activating my account. Even though it seemed like a lot of work. Stephen was multitasking with helping out other customers while he was resolving my issue and he did fix the major issue that was wrong with my account. He is an amazing employee and manager and he’s a cool dude he’ll help you out a lot and he definitely deserves excellent recognition for his amazing service and skill. Thank you Stephen I’m proud to be a sprint customer thanks to you my friend

My experience with this company is wasn’t good at all, when I finished my contract, they didn’t received one of free Iphones and they charged me, them I tried to talk to them a lot times and once I changed for another company they blocked me. I don’t recommend them
