Always nice to have to go to this store. Staff was very knowledgeable . everyone was wearing a mask ud83cudfad. The young woman who helped us was great! Very helpful her name was Francine and she made my experience a pleasant one

I don’t usually write reviews on places but after my husband was almost scammed at another T-Mobile I felt the need to express how well we were and always have been treated at this location. I don’t know why I bothered to go to a different store other than it was closer to us. The salespeople at the Hazlet location are honest and knowledgeable and I appreciate their work and service. I went in this week with a unique situation after being lied to at a different location and attempted to take advantage of BOGO after already purchasing one phone. Robert took the time to assure me he could remedy our situation and I would be able to leave getting everything accomplished that I had hoped to. He did just that without charging a restocking fee as the other location told us we would and without having to purchase a new SIM card to get the 5 g service as we were also told we would. I will not be wasting my time and patience visiting any other locations moving forward and again wish to thank Robert for his time and patience.
