If you’re considering going to Cryolete - DO IT! During a rainy weekend, my bridal party crew called up Wayne last minute to organize a spa day for my bachelorette weekend. With under 24 hours notice, Wayne and his team made it happen. He provided such a fun, clean, positive and relaxing atmosphere for us to celebrate together. Not only are the services at Cryolete incredibly different and good for you, the entire experience is just enlightening. Forever grateful Wayne answered our call and put together a beautiful Spa day for us! Highly recommend the Cryo treatments, wrinkless facelift and infrared sauna! You will feel 100% better and see immediate results. Can’t wait to go back before my wedding day.

The owner Wayne is amazing and shows you how everything works and is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and personable. I did one single face treatment and INSTANTLY looks years younger. Fine lines were gone! Skin had a nice uplifted look and it felt incredible! There's much to do at Cryolete! He has a state of the art facility with a sauna, gym, red light therapy, cryogenics machine that helps to freeze and burn away up to 800 calories, along with facials and more! I highly recommend this place! You won't be disappointed! I was highly impressed and satisfied with my treatment and results from Cryolete!

Went for the first time with my friend. We scheduled an appointment in advanced and spoke with Haider who was patient and knowledgeable. I knocked off one star bc the staff never went over any potential risks and whether we have any health issues.

Doing cryotherapy really made the tension I had in my knees, from working out often, go away. It always gives me such a great energy boost. After just 3 minutes, I feel like a whole new person. So refreshed and relaxed. If you’re in the Asbury Park area, visiting Cryolete is a must!!

Had an awesome time . . . The staff is amazing, very friendly and helpful. Everything was explained to me in FULL detail before it was done and as it was being done!!nThe entire space is calming, cooling, and fun! Very spa-like!nI will definitely be returning for more Cryo T Shock sessions. . . And maybe a full body chill to burn a huge chunk of calories in a little chunk of time (I believe they said 800 calories in 3 minutes).
