American Roadway Van Lines Inc did an excellent job packing our furniture and moving into storage for us. They were professional, courteous and moved quick! Highly recommend.

I wanted to add another stellar review to American Roadway’s profile because they deserved it. They truly did a great job and earned the recognition. Had they just been mediocre, I wouldn’t have bothered writing anything at all.  They were a huge help and I always felt reassured after speaking with any of the representatives in their office. They were extremely attentive and responsive throughout the entire process.            I needed to move a few pieces of furniture from my home in Rhode Island to my sister’s out in Michigan. Cost, tome, is not the most important factor when I am looking to purchase services - my only considerations are reputation, word of mouth and reviews. Some friends and neighbors recommended companies they have used previously, American Roadway being one of them. After seeing their reviews, I decided to call American Roadway for pricing. I felt very comfortable after speaking with John and the price he gave me fell right in the middle of others I had received. I chose to move forward with him and made my reservation.nnMoving day came and the movers that arrived were great. They were very professional and wrapped up all of the furniture. Once it was secured onto the truck it went straight out to Michigan.It arrived about 5 days after pickup as the movers had a few other stops to make which was fine by me. It arrived to my sister in the same condition as which it was packed in Rhode Island.  Thanks again to all of those at American Roadway who helped make this a successful experience!

American Roadway did a wonderful job. I started reaching out to moving companies for quotes about a month before I was set to move out of my home. I wanted to make sure that I had time to shop around and find the best company to move me. My shopping stopped with American Roadway. I had spoken with a few movers, American Roadway being one of them, and John was the best fit for me.nnJohn didn’t speak to me like I was just a phone number to try and get money from. He spoke to me like a human being and he was very meticulous when explaining what was involved with a move – who knew there where that many moving parts? He answered all of my questions thoroughly and didn’t skip over any of my questions about pricing. I was 99.9% sure I was going to move forward with American Roadway but, as I did with every other company, I told him I need to think about it and get back to him. His response to that what was hooked me. When I said that, he responded that he is not going to call me anymore and that he would wait to hear back from me. He even went as far as to suggest another moving company with the same level of service if I chose not to move forward with American Roadway. Once he said that, I didn’t even hang up the phone, I committed to American Roadway then and there.nnAmerican Roadway did not disappoint. The truck showed up at the time they said they would. The movers John sent were great. They were very pleasant and professional. They boxed up my TVs and my China Cabinet and wrapped everything else with moving blankets. I didn’t close on my new house for a few weeks so they held my things in storage and delivered a few days after my closing. They put my entertainment center and tables back together and put everything exactly where I wanted it to go. The move went so smoothly.nnEveryone always says how stressful moving is when it should be exciting. We worry about how the move is going to go instead of being excited about starting a new job or moving to a new city. When you find a mover you can trust, the stress dies down significantly. My daughter is moving for her job and she went with American Roadway as well. Her things are on their way to her new home now and her move was just as easy as mine.nnIf you want to be excited about starting your new chapter in life then American Roadway is the mover for you. They take care of everything and make this an exciting transition, instead of a stressful one.

I had a last minute move to make and American Roadway really did an amazing job. They were on time and the guys they sent to pack up my things were great. The driver stayed in contact with me the whole time and kept me updated as to where he was and when he would be delivering my things. I got everything in the same condition as when they loaded. I am very satisfied with the job done by American Roadway. Thanks guys!

American Roadway recently moved me from New Hampshire to North Carolina and did a great job. The office representatives were very thorough and attentive. They always answered my questions and were available whenever I contacted them. The guys they sent to pickup my things were professional and took great care of my belongings. I don’t have much but it is all very special to me. They arrived at the time they said they would, packed everything and delivered just a few days later. This move was a success.
