Compass Self Storage

This was our first time renting a storage unit. Kristen, the General Manager, was very helpful and personable and she made the process a breeze. We visited 5 storage companies and came back to Compass and we are very happy we did.

This place has grade A customer service. I went here today for the 1st time looking for storage and Kris walked me right through everything so thoroughly, warmly, welcoming, giving a major family feel. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for outstanding customer service

I’m giving it a 3 Star for now. I’m giving them 3 stars because they did have availability when others did not (although that alone could have been an indication), convenient location and they had a promo.nnWhy 3 not 5???nnFirst day I tried to use the storage, I was unable to access as my code was not valid. Wasted time and money. Phone staff was nice but unable to assist as they could not reset code remotely. I find it inexcusable considering we are in the middle of a pandemic and everything ran remotely. On site staff was helpful in resetting my code but got a bit snippy...the issue was on their end and was not apologetic about it all and was even lightly condescending.nnI honestly thought about using another facility but I didn’t have that option at the moment.nnSince I just started using the storage, figured I’d see if my review will improve. That it will all depend on the facility and their staff.
