Rent-A-Center

Customer service is trash. Came in to buy a couch not rent one because I needed same day delivery as advertised. The salesman did not greet me or budge from where he was standing. I asked one question can I schedule a delivery date? And before I could get an answer I was told I need to fill out an application. So I proceeded to fill out the application. The salesman went back to his desk. After I was done with the application the salesman continued to do his work and ignore me. I walked around the store picked out a couch myself sat and waited the salesman didn’t not budge. I go back to the counter 10 minutes later still nothing my application sitting there, No acknowledgement, no sorry I’ll be right there with you nothing. So I’ll take my business to someone who wants it. It was not busy I was the only person on the store.

Love, love, love the refrigerator (Frigidaire) I got from rent-a-center! Plugged it in, and within no time, it was cold enough to start putting food inside. Not like my 3k fancy, all-bells-and-whistles-included piece of junk that takes 48 hrs to get cold. This is my 2nd lg in 2 yrs and this one doesn’t work either!nBtw, rentacenter in Neptune is the best! Within hours they were able to deliver a big, clean refrigerator to my home. The two men who moved it effortlessly in, were extremely polite, professional and strong. Prices are very reasonable and the people answering the phones are extremely helpful. A godsend when you need it! Thank you r-a-c!

I was greeted at the door by a young lady named Lauren. She was great and def made my experience great being it was my first time. I definitely recommend this location . Thanks Lauren
