This Tmobile store in particular is very good because unlike the third party owned stores like the one off of the Asbury Circle that never have anything in the actually store (they always have to order it for you) this store is actually owned by tmobile, so it's always stocked with whatever you came in mind to buy!

Short wait time before being helped. Knowledgeable and friendly staff, were very helpful in taking care of 2 separate issues quickly and effectively

Lies!!! Their employee back a couple years ago signed me up for devices I did not ask for and then when I asked Sprint to remove them they told me it was fraud what the guy did but yet here we are 2020 and nothing is done. I called customer service about 100 times. I have had to deal with three managers at the store and the current one Kevin got my situation resolved and everything was fine. He tells me that they’re going to credit my account and that he’s so sorry about all the stuff that’s happened and he doesn’t understand why it happened. Then a month goes by and no results so I call Kevin back and he states to me that he is no longer going to talk to me about my bill nor do anything about my bill so basically he just lied to me just like the rest of their customer service has over the last year and a half. So basically I paid $15 a month for a sprint drive that I never asked for and never picked up. All I asked was that they takeoff the sprint drive off and apply the $15 a month credit that I paid that I was not supposed to my bill. This is the resolution that was supposed to happen that Kevin promised and stated that his manager approved. This is stealing from me! All they do is lie to you! they send you to Customer Service then Customer Service sends you to the Store and then they send you to some other person who just send you back to the store. I’m done dealing with this. Be very careful about what they ask you you want and what you’re actually signing up for. Apparently based on the other reviews that I have read on here others have had the same issues as me. With no results. If we don’t pay our bill they come after you. When they owe you money, forget about it. I refuse to be taken advantage of!

The manager Kevin Oldman was absolutely wonderful! We came in with three phones and 1000 questions. His associate Ishmael was very helpful due to our lack of knowledge. I would recommend sprint all day long

By far the absolute best customer service ever!!! Marquis and Ish are amazing gentlemen. Marquis was so polite, attentive and a true pro during the whole setup of my new phone. Ish was so welcoming and funny, kept me laughing during the wait. Kevin truly has an amazing team at this location!
