My car broke down in the parking lot the other day and I went into the store and kindly asked them if I could charge my phone because it was about to die and I was waiting for AAA. I don’t know her name but the manager with dark hair was VERY rude. When I walked in she stared at me so rudely. She acted like me asking to charge my phone in there was the end of the world and I was already frazzled. The workers however were nice but she couldn’t be more bothered by me. The worker offered to remove their charger from behind the counter so that I could use it and and she freaked and was like “no don’t mess with all that just let her do it here” in the most annoying tone. I did the right thing and ordered something while I was there before I left but she didn’t say thank you or anything. I’m never coming to this location again.
The manager named Pam was very rude. I didn't have a mask on because I have asthma. All I wanted to do was get an ice cream to take home to eat. She didn't ask why I didn't have mask on she just made me leave. It was pouring down raining and i wasn't going to get a mask and come back. So you lost business thanks to her. I won't be back
They were all closed down for the day and I was a last minute walk in and they made my mom a hot fudge sundae. Super nice people.
