Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa

I’m mainly writing this review because of David! Wow. Just wow. I was beyond amazed. If I could rate this 10 stars, I would. I decided to read the online reviews before I booked an appointment. Everyone kept mentioning David, so I decided to book an appointment with him. I kid you not, this man knows what he’s talking about and just blew me away! I’ve been having this terrible neck- shoulder -shoulder blade pain for over a year, and David took care of it for me. He instantly found this terrible pain on my shoulder blade without me having to point it out. David could tell where I was tense and was applying just the right amount of pressure. He went the extra mile. I've already recommended him to my friends! I signed up for a membership just because of him! He was truly amazing. This review just doesn’t do enough justice. That massage was one of the best massages I’ve gotten in quite awhile. I’m going back next month !

Had a massage done here yesterday and woke up in so much pain today. The therapist I had was barely paying attention, I could literally hear her texting on her phone while she massaged me with one hand. I’m a massage therapist myself of 6 years and haven’t had a bad massage like that since I was in school. She literally did one motion on my legs and ONE side of my back the entire time which I’m sure is causing my pain. I went to hand and stone as a gift and I knew not to expect much as I have been here previously and haven’t had a good experience yet.. but a basic Swedish massage shouldn’t be that difficult to give. Whoever is hiring should be more careful. Definitely will not be returning.

I highly recommend Penella if you are in need of a facial. I’ve been to her several times and my skin always looks and feels rejuvenated. She is also always willing to answer any of my skincare questions and has great product knowledge and recommendations.

I have been a member at Hand & Stone for a while and got amazing massages so far. I went for another one yesterday and was absolutely BLOWN AWAY. I cannot mention my massage therapists name because I am afraid she will be booked out even more if I do lol, but she was AMAZING! Clearly super professional and experienced. I felt so relaxed after and was so satisfied with the entire massage. Would give 10 stars if I could!!! Thanks so much!

David is by far the best massage therapist I've ever had. He is extremely knowledgeable and has a very therapeutic technique. I walked in with neck pain and a headache and walked out feeling relaxed and my headache was gone! Book him now and let all your stress melt away.
