Penske Truck Rental

Truck was in the shop, one week I rented a truck at $75 a day and .35c a mile. 2 weeks later had to rent again and was told the same truck would be $150 a day and .99c a mile and it's normally $200 a day but he's doing me a favor. Typically salesman that doesn't care about you. Also called me every day at 6am to see if I could bring the truck back early. The final day I did because he told me he wouldn't charge me for the day. Brought it back at 9am and still charged me for the full day. Pretty shady

Penske rep at pick up told us 99 cents after first 80 miles, turns out it was 99 cents for every mile the moment we left location. I also had a problem with the starting fuel level. It was listed as full but was a little over 3/4. Had to send wife back inside and get them update the starting amount.nnI advise everyone to disable the heavy towing option when not needed. I missed the GIANT label spelling out what the lit trailer icon meant.nnPlease note that this text was originally attached to the drop off location by mistake.
