This comment is for the entire facility. Covid measures are on the forefront here, the staff greater me as I entered the front entrance. My truck was due for a service. It was taken in and completed promptly and a notification came for service complete. Thank you to the E. Brunswick terminal team for making me feel at home.

Ran a couple of their accounts back in 2018. Walmart regional was nice. Family Dollar Dedicated had high physical demand. A great place to drive all around. Recommend highly.

This is the worst 3rd party transport service I've had to deal with. Lowes service is exceptional then you have to deal with these unprofessional people. I don't fault the drivers they get their orders from dispatch, corporate. I would rate them 0.

A furniture company contracted J.B. Hunt to pickup a return from my home. I scheduled a pickup date and time window J.B. Hunt. J.B. Hunt did not show up to pick up the item. I called J.B. Hunt and was assured the item would be picked up in 30 minutes. The item was still not picked up. I tried calling J.B. hunt and could not get ahold of them. After emailing J.B.’s customer service email address and contacting the furniture company, J.B. Hunt called me back 2 hrs later saying they would not be able to pick up the item. A J.B. Customer service rep said “call us back when you want to reschedule” and hung up the phone on me! A second J.B. Hunt rep called me later and reschedule my pickup. It should be apparent that I have no trust J.B. Hunt will arrive on time and pick up the item.nnEdit: J.B. Hunt contacted me the following day and picked up the item promptly. The driver gave me a heads up when he was 30 min away and there was no issue.
