I had an amazing time!! everyone was so kind and made me feel very comfortable for it being my first time there!! AJ was my specialist and made me feel so comfortable and was so kind!! she did an amazing job and gave me advice to make the process even easier for next time!!
I have gone to both AJ and Brooke for Brazilian waxes. They both are so knowledgeable and make the process super easy and comfortable. I 100% recommend either of these ladies!
I originally purchased the 9 waxes 3 free before finding out about the ingrown hairs. I bought the scrub and serum to help but I didn’t. Called on the 17th of October for Lauren the manager to not take the 2nd payment off my card before the 21st. She never returned my call and the money was taken off my card. She claims it’s a new system and corporate has to return my money. Totally Unacceptable!!

I came here today for the first time to get my eyebrows done.. really regretting that decision. I don’t even know why my technician bothered asking me what I wanted. I told her I love the thickness and length and just want my brows cleaned up. They look completely different from one another, the shape is completely ruined and they are thinner than I have ever seen. I’ve been getting my eyebrows done for 16 years and they have never looked this horrible. I would not recommend getting your brows done here. I'm sure with everything else they do fine since its difficult to mess up a wax on other parts of the body.
