Wonderful experience! Was a little nervous from reading past reviews, but All the ladies were so nice and friendly. This was my first time and loved it! I bought a wax pass so I’ll be back thanks again ladies!

I don’t know if it’s the wax they use or what but the person I went to waxed each section at least 4-5x and still left hairs. I had so many hair pumps after the session I could have just shaved and saved the $50. I have gotten waxed before and rarely get hair bumps afterwards. Then as I was leaving kept pressing for a tip. I gave her $10 figured she needed it.

05/21/2020nI scheduled my appointment for 3:15 and arrived on time. I get in there and there’s two women waiting to go to the back. Meredith lets me know that my technician is running behind and that I need to wait in the car, and she’ll call/text when ready (Very unprofessional & rude)n3:25 pm no call, no text from the staff!nnI called the establishment and asked how much longer? Meredith states “I don’t know how much longer it’s going to be.” I then asked “So what’s the point of making an appointment, are you overbooking appointments?” Meredith then says “Can I move your time or reschedule you?” What??? Are you kidding me?? I have other APPOINTMENTS that I have to be on time to!!nnOh yeahhh!!!! I was told that the Clifton location doesn’t have a MANAGER/MANAGEMENT and it shows! Very unorganized and unprofessional.

Never Have An Issue, Always Clean, Once They Even Missed A Spot And I Called And They Had Me Come Back Same Day To Get It Removed Lol. I Love European Wax Center !

On 6-11-2020 I had a appointment at 9:00am and I got a text from they at 8:30am telling me that the employee called off I was sitting in my car outside so I walk in they the young lady said that the employee called off and I said that's not my problem I had a appointment and I'm on that it was 2 employees was they doing nothing talking so I ask her can a other employee take me she said no we can schedule u for a other time and I told her that's not right I take the the other time the employee walk down the street it was around 8:45am getting coffee and etc that was not cool I see they dont care bout there customers at all I will not be back at all if u got a appointment as nd the employee call off u will be ask to reschedule that that's not right poir customers service
